Riverfront Park with volleyball courts and playgrounds is literally in your backyard. We are minutes from international golf destinations including the Ritz-Carlton and The Gallery. Easy access to #TheLoop, Tucson’s bike trail that follows the CDO Wash and goes all the way to Tucson’s vibrant east side. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open floor plan, a pool table, multiple smart TVs, a fireplace, an outdoor fire lounge, a coffee bar, and a fully stocked kitchen. An HOA pool and spa is available for smaller groups of 8 or fewer (see house rules). WHOLE HOUSE ALL TO YOURSELF! Exterior: Enter your desert retreat in a nice upscale suburban neighborhood with well kept homes. The neighborhood is adjacent to open desert and it is common to see and hear javelina (a large desert pig), jackrabbits, cactus wrens, quail, coyotes, and even bobcats. Our backyard features oleander trees for added privacy and a shade tree and a propane fire pit (guests must refill propane if it is empty). The backyard has unobstructed stunning mountain views of Pusch Ridge, and backs up directly to CDO wash, which has water in it occasionally. A gate in the yard provides desert access so you can cut through quickly to Lambert Riverfront Park. Desert landscaping in the area includes Sagauros, Misquite, Palo Verde, Prickly Pear, and Cholla. The homeowners association (HOA) pool and spa is 5 doors down as well as overflow parking if you have more than 3 vehicles. Inside: Walk inside to a nice open living room on your right and stairs that are on your left. The upgraded house features new luxury vinyl til throughout and a modern grey paint color. The fireplace in the living room is decorated in flagstone. Find a professional 8 ft. size pool table with plenty of space to play in the living room. Off the living room is a small nook with board games and a view of the mountains with a coffee station. Walk into the remodeled kitchen with a powder room off the side. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities and appliances you will need to enjoy the home and cook a good meal. The kitchen features a family room with a large TV and comfortable couch. The garage has parking for one car and a small gym to get your groove on in the morning! Walking upstairs you will find all the bedrooms with a full bathroom that 3 bedrooms share. One bedroom and the master bedroom have outrageous million dollar mountain views, in addition to the master bathroom shower. The master suite has an en suite bathroom and features a separate vanity area for the ladies. All bedrooms have king beds. Office space: Calling all teleworkers! Our home features office space in the master suite and the bedroom facing the mountains, enjoy the priceless views! The patio in the backyard has shade most of the day if you prefer to work outside with the priceless mountain views and fresh desert air. Comfort: All rooms feature blackout curtains, for a peaceful nights rest. All beds have 100% cotton sheets and 100% cotton blankets (duvets are microfiber). All bedding is white, do not trust vacation rentals that do not have white bedding! Master bathroom features a massage setting on the shower. House is energy efficient with blow-in insulation in the walls and ceiling. Mattresses are all medium firm and fiberglass free and on the newer side. House features an ecobee thermostat. Conservation: Our home offers some green features. We minimize plastic waste with our bathroom supplies. The house is newer construction. We recycle and expect guests to do the same. ATTENTION LARGE GROUPS: we have comfortably accommodated large groups. \-Master sleeps 4: King \-Bdrm2 sleeps 2: King \-Bdrm3 sleeps 2: King \-Bdrm3 sleeps 2: Queen \-Living rm and family room sleeps 10: Couch + 10 Air mattresses We have of extra blankets and sheets. We have a a good selection of board games and poker chips/card games, we also have a firepit/bbq (if propane tank is empty guest refills at their expense, charcoal not provided). In the garage we have a pool table and a couple couches to lounge. We offer Disney Plus, HBO Go, and Netflix for your enjoyment. There's a pool table and a gym as stated earlier at the house. Security: We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us and help protect you and help protect our neighbors. Booking: If the calendar is open, the house is available. One problem with the AC when we arrived, but the hosts were super responsive and took care of it pronto. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning and watching for hummingbirds and quails. Missing TV Roku remotes, poor quality towels, non-working garage door keypad, tattered window screens, old coffee left in coffee makers, extension cords duct-taped to the walls, missing soap dispensers and kitchen cleaning supplies were just some of the sloppy oversights. This could be (and may be in the future) a wonderful VRBO property, but fell far short of what that for my stay. Host was very responsive. Host seemed very apprehensive about renters breaking rules and kept reminding us to keep a low profile (not a problem for our quiet family but just fyi). Our teenagers were wowed right off the bat with the pool table. You could tell that the owner or property manager worked hard to upgrade the house which was very nice though we did experience several problems which our host(s) immediately responded to and wanted to correct. Our location was perfect for us with family who lived in the area as well as for our itinerary. Overall it was a good experience given some challenges we had to overcome. Because we bought an infant with us it was important that the cleanliness was on point. The issues that we found were taken care of by the property manager and was greatly appreciated.
