Great place to stay when visiting Tucson/Oro Valley! In the winter, enjoy the outdoors - tons of local golf, hiking everywhere, hot tub and dog friendly/walkable neighborhood.

In the summer, enjoy a shaded patio or lay by the pool - you may even get to experience some spectacular monsoons.

Attached Private Casita - very quiet and comfortable. Private yard with private hot tub and spectacular Mountain views.

1 Bedroom with full Kitchen - Outside BBQ to enjoying some peaceful downtime and enjoy the amazing weather.

Plenty of parking - RVs are OK, Nice sized private yard and doggie door for your furry friends.

Plenty of space for Bike storage and any other toys you bring along.

Casita with only 1 Private entrance - large living room with 2 full sized pull out beds, Day bed and TV. Full Kitchen with dining area. 1 Bedroom/bathroom with King size bed and large closet.

Backs to State park- you can hike from the backyard! Plus a very walkable, safe neighborhood.

Private and charming yard with pergola, seating, BBQ.

Through a 2nd gate, there is a shared back yard and shared pool to use during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was nicely set up, clean, and incredibly spacious, making it feel like a true home away from home. The private patio was a highlight—quiet, relaxing, and complete with a hot tub that was perfect for unwinding after a day out. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all the great amenities, dining, and activities Oro Valley has to offer. It was a perfect stay for the short time we were there. Myself and my 2 toddlers slept comfortably in the king size bed and my son on the day bed, and husband on the couch. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to utilize the pool as Amy offered. She has a beautiful background surrounded with a beautiful view of the mountains. My son and husband did get to go on a trail hike in the morning near here home. It was just what we were looking for. Thank you!

Ami really deserves more stars than the five we can give her. Our stay couldn’t have gone better or been located more central to our plans. The apartment/house was sparkling clean and there were nice amenities like coffee and a hot air brush along with lovely towels and shower supplies. The bed was very comfortable!Having a washer/dryer made things extra simple. Our yard was private and included a hot tub, grill, and outdoor firepit. The shared pool area was lovely. Bonus that there are chickens (just like at home) and some friendly pups.Check-in and out directions were clear and I don’t think one could ask for better communication - from restaurant suggestions to letting us know when the Great Horned Owl had taken up his perch across the road!Would consider making Tucson an annual trip just to stay here.

We had a short window for a trip & decided to check out Oro Valley. The place was the perfect size for the us, a cute cozy space where we enjoyed relaxing. Ami was great, & we followed her suggestion of visiting Catalina State Park where we enjoyed beautiful hiking trails. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful location backing right up to the Catalina Mountains. Simple but perfectly functional facilities. Our host Ami was friendly, warm and very easy to reach. A backyard flock of layer chickens gave us a breakfast of the freshest eggs imaginable.

We were in town for a swim meet! This place had enough room for my boys to rest and relax in between sessions! The view was awesome. Communication with Ami was fantastic as well. We hope to stay again when we go back to Oro valley!

Perfect!

The stay was awesome and perfect for what we were looking for! We did a temporary stay for over a week and it was close by many restaurants, gas station, grocery stores like Trader Joe’s! Our dogs, kids, and adults had a great stay! It was quiet and we got to see chickens every morning which was a plus. Ami was very communicative and gave us access to her pool and yard if we needed!

The property had all the things we needed to do our whirlwind trip to Tucson area. Including the right number of beds for our group. Book signing in the desert

Had the Best stay ! We had our Dog Kona. He had his own fenced in backyard with even a dog door! Place was clean and perfect location for us! Great property. Perfect neighborhood to walk Kona. The owner was So kind ! 100% recommend this gem!
