It was such a treat to stay in Eric's casita for a week. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and at night, when we opened the windows, the coyotes would serenade us to sleep. The casita was far enough away from retail to feel closer to nature, but not too far to pick up groceries and anything else we needed. Extremely clean, everything in excellent shape. Great upgrades to home, well equipped kitchen, bathroom & living room. All appliances worked. Garage has opener, filtered water in kitchen & TV with Netflix & Amazon (that’s all we needed). Grocery stores & gas station are just down the street, very easy access. We enjoyed barbecuing in the evening & sitting outside & watching the sunset. It’s quiet & loved the sound of birds chirping in the mornings. We watched a herd of deer grazing next to us in the morning. Eric was extremely accommodating & was always making sure we were comfortable & answered any questions we had. The casita was exactly what we needed at the time & met all our expectations.
