A Great Place For A Group

Weekend stay to meet up with old friends. Very nice open layout with plenty of comfortable beds and full kitchen. Pool looked nice but we happened to hit a cold spell so we didn’t use it.

This property was great to facilitate a family get together of seven adults and two children. There were spacious common areas for us all together inside and out while having comfortable individual rooms to retreat to. And the pool was perfect.

Property as advertised and was close to everything we expected. The only issue that I can say is the futon in the living room would only be suited for a young child. Plenty of towels and pool towels available

Wasp problem

Clean and comfy. Looks like there may have been a wasp problem indoors…killed 7 and found the queen up on the wood beam in the living room but couldn’t reach. Problem need to get someone in to spray.

needs some upgrades

all in all a good place but needs some repairs. More lights in living room for example. would be nice to have a few little things su ch as salt and pepper Stove top is cracked and dishwasher door needs help. beds are comfortable, place was very clean. Wish we would have had the option to heat pool. Hot tub needs major work, doesn't heat well at all and not clean when we arrived but that was taken care of. No garage door opener so couldn't use garage. fix all those little things admit would be excellent. communication was excellent.

Extended Christmas getaway

The location of the house is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Oracle Road. It was nice that we could use the large garage and the backyard with the pool is great to relax and enjoy the Tucson sunshine. However, the house itself has a few shortcomings. The interior is quite dated, with original doors and cabinets which show their age. For the size of the house, the kitchen is not properly equipped. The ice maker did not work and while a repairman was sent out to fix it, it only worked for one day and then stopped working again. Water glasses and some of the plates were plastic and the rest of the China was of poor quality and insufficient quantities for such a large house. One of the chairs in the dining room was broken and the others were not in the best shape so that we had to use the patio chairs instead. One of the couches in the living room had no support. We practically sat on the floor when we tried to sit on it. Our stay was in December, and we had to turn on the heater in the evening. It was difficult to get an even temperature throughout the house. Some areas were too hot, while others barely warmed up. It was our impression that this location is better suited for summer pool parties rather than a winter stay.

This is a nice sized property in a quiet neighborhood. For the price and size I would consider renting it again. The bathrooms could use some updating. We had issues with the house which impacted our stay. While they were great about responding, the issues persisted.
