The house is a one family house, divided into a two family house. The negative is you can hear the people next door conversations and smell all the food they are cooking. The pictures of the house show the TV in the living room. It is in the bedroom with two small chairs to sit in to watch TV. You can sit in the living room, but is sounds like you neighbors are in the same room with you. The house was very clean. The kitchen has limited dishes. The house also had many personal pictures and items in the bedroom. You have a beautiful view out the slider in the bedroom. But your neighbor could walk by.
