The southwestern-style home is 2100’, located in a quiet neighborhood suitable for walking, bicycling, and hiking. It is just minutes away from hiking trails, golf courses, tennis/ pickleball courts, and the University of Arizona. The newly renovated house offers soaring ceilings, large windows, 2 gas fireplaces & porcelain wooden floors throughout the 3 bedrooms (one used as a reading room/study), and 2 1/2 baths. The location was quiet, other than the distant yelps of coyotes at night. Loved walking out the door in the peaceful neighborhood with rosy mountains so close. This home is very spacious and clean with a pretty back patio area and a grill we enjoyed using. Close to a great supermarket and restaurants. The gated community neighborhood was quiet and beautifully kept up with walking trails through the desert landscape. The home itself was very comfortable with a big patio, two fireplaces for cool nights, large kitchen, living room, and dining room. The bedrooms were also large and beautifully furnished.
