  • Walk into our condo and experience a sense of serenity and calm. This private first floor condo is located in the beautiful Catalina Foothills in a luxury condominium complex. Enjoy mountain views and a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The screened in patio functions like another room and is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. It is private with mountain views.
    This condo has upgrades that include large windows, stainless steel appliances and all hard surface floors. The living room includes a flat-screen SMART TV with XFinity, built-in sound system and high-speed wireless internet. The kitchen has a water filtration system.
    The master bedroom features antique French doors to the screened in porch, mountain views, a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and an in-suite master bath with a walk-in tile shower.
    The second bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and a queen bed. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded kitchenware. Washer & dryer and cleaning supplies are included.
    The complex offers two heated swimming pools, a fitness center, lighted tennis court and gated access to the Ventana Canyon trail. Hike on the trail steps from your door or relax and enjoy the sun by the heated pool. Shopping and dining (including a grocery store)are close by and the famous Loews Ventana Canyon resort is right next door. Take a stroll and enjoy dinner, cocktails or their Sunday brunch, voted the best in Tucson. Golfers will enjoy the Tom Fazio designed golf courses next door, as well as the many other courses located throughout Tucson.

Great Stay

Our second time staying here. The condo is great and the amenities are perfect - 24 hour fitness center, pools, hot tubs, pickleball court and private, direct access to a great hiking trail. Couldn’t be better!

A Ventana Beauty

Clean, bright, spacious, well equipped and in a lovely complex with a pool, hot tub and an assigned covered parking spot. Pool towels, full size washer/dryer and comfortable patio were an added plus.

Catalina Mountains Tucson

Very nice and was a good value. I would suggest replacing the noisy bathroom fan in the smaller bathroom. Also there was a lot of seating inside and out but not very comfortable. The screened in area was a real bonus. The owner was very helpful with info about the area. We will stay there again.

A little paradise

This was the perfekt condo for us! Everything was clean, we had a nice little Patio, where we could enjoy our meals. The heated Pool was just one block away and you didnot smell the chlorine. The only thing, we missed the parasols, because the sun was very hot. Special thanks to owner Lisa, who provided us with a lot of food and also water and coffee. Our best time in Arizona 🌵🤗

Lovely Tucson Condo

Clean, comfortable condo in a quiet setting near the base of the Catalina foothills. The location is close to great hiking near the Sabino Canyon Rec area, as well as local restaurants and shopping. The unit was well stocked with kitchen basics and paper products. My husband and I stayed for a month and plan to return next year. Great screened in patio that is very private offering wonderful views of the mountains. We even saw several Javelinas from the patio. Loews Ventana Resort is right nearby and an easy walk for lunch or dinner.

This Place is Awesome!

Our stay at Ventana Canyon Condos was delightful! The property backs up to the Catalina Mtns, with a trail leading into Ventana Canyon. The property and neighborhood were very quiet. The condo was everything we hoped for, and more. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The living areas were clean and comfortable. And it's always nice to have the laundry in the condo. Our host was helpful when we needed help and left us to ourselves when we didn't. We would definitely stay here again! 5 STARS!!

Great location, great Condo

This is not our first time staying in this condo development, but it was the first time in this unit. The location is great: close to Sabino Canyon National Park and plenty of places nearby to eat, drink and shop. It is nestled in the foothills and the scenery is very pretty. The pool and fitness center are a short walk from the condo. The condo itself is very nice, light and airy and very comfortable and roomy. One of the plusses is that there is very little required of the renter prior to leaving: start the dishwasher, leave the beds unmade, throw the dirty towels in the washing machine, and text the owner when leaving.

Happy Thanksgiving!

From start to finish, communication with our host, Lisa, was smooth. Arrival into her comfortable condo was easy, and we were welcomed with a nice note and basket of snacks and bottled water. She also has a binder on the counter, with suggestions for local dining, shopping and recommended hikes (we go to Sabino Canyon each year, and the condo is only 10 mins away). Note, too, for an easy family hike that the Ventana Trailhead has an entrance at the complex. We've been traveling to Tucson for years and have family in the area, so we had some of our favorites, too. I like having the gym so close by and made use of the treadmill on three mornings. Bedding and towels were fresh and the kitchen was stocked with items we could use. We supplemented with a store run, as we usually do, for breakfast items, etc.

This is a beautifully decorated condo in a great location. The vibe is quiet and peaceful, plus a red cardinal visited just outside the patio each morning! The host was attentive and personable. I would definitely stay here again.
