About this property

NW Tucson - Roomy 20 Foot RV Nestled On A 3 Acre Property Sleeps 4

  • This stationary RV is located in North Tucson near I-10 and has a comfortable Queen bed for 2. Additionally, the jacknife sofa and dinette convert to addional sleeping ares. The Kitchen includes a 3 burner gas stove top & gas oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Bathroom area includes a shower and separate sink and toilet. Kitchen table seats 4. The RV is hooked up to water, wifi, electric and sewer. Access to washer and dryer inside main home (if needed).

    We have utilized this RV to sleep a family, but is most comfortable for 2 adults and 1 to 2 kids. The Outside area in front of RV also offers some comfortable outdoor living space. Home property is gated on a beautiful 3.5 acre desert acreage and offers beautiful sunsets. There are beautiful walks just down the street. You will be on site with Owners, and 2 dogs. NON-Smokers only, no additional pets allowed.

    Kitchen: Gas stove/oven, microwave, pots, pans, plates, utensils, 4 cup coffee pot, and Cups (Initial coffee setup provided)
    Bath: Towels, Soap, Shampoo/Conditioner, Hairdryer
    Bed: Linens, Pillows, Blankets, throw blankets
    Living area: Table seats 4, TV & Video tapes, internet (satellite)
    Outdoor: gas grill (available), reclining chairs, access to shared unheated swimming pool
