This desert retreat offers a restful stay with a quality mattress, blackout curtains, AC, and private laundry. Enjoy a private, fenced yard with outdoor seating, plus a desk space with high-speed internet for work or play. The fully stocked kitchen ensures convenience during your stay. Ideally located just 2 miles from the UofA and Banner Medical Center, and within a mile of the lively Grant/Campbell restaurant and coffee shop strip. While located off a major street, the home offers easy access to local amenities, though it may not be the quietest or most secluded spot. \*\*\*Please note that this unit is part of a duplex, and the bedroom shares a wall with the adjacent unit. While the majority of guests have found their stay to be peaceful and comfortable, occasional sound transfer between units can occur. To ensure a restful experience, we've provided a white noise machine on the nightstand. We also observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM in both units to help maintain a calm and respectful environment for all guests.\*\*\* While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, please be aware that guests in Unit 3, located at the rear of the property, may occasionally need to pass through the side yard to access their unit. The parking lot is located in front of the duplex, so this will not affect your parking space or overall experience.
