It was very clean, comfortable and modern. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the dining room table was absolutely lovely. The bedrooms were well furnished. And it is close to downtown. I wish the ample outdoor space was more livable - coming to Tucson in the winter, it's nice to be outside but there wasn't much setup for that beyond the small patio out front despite a fairly sizable yard. The notice said close to downtown and the University. I took that to mean that one could walk to those locations. Maybe it’s Tucson but walking wasn’t an option so I was disappointed.
