  • Located within Villas East a 55+ relaxing adult community with a pool and spa walking distance of the condo! Comfortable master bedroom with queen bed and small table for a designated working space. Newer full kitchen with gas stove and breakfast bar. Wireless internet and smart TV included to allow any renter to log into their own streaming services. YouTube TV is provided to enjoy your favorite local news channels and live TV shows. . Property is smoke-free inside and out. Private patio has comfortable seating, shade and dining along with a grill. Green Valley Recreation Privileges are available (Tenant fees apply).

    Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking with visitor parking right outside of the condo. Laundry facilities in complex a 2 minute walk from casita. Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley.
