The building is old, the bathroom is a horror, the tub is so uninviting that we could bring ourselves to use it.The walls need to be painted. A major update is needed, or a complete teardown. The gentleman at the check in was very friendly, but the building itself is not user friendly at all..

If I could give this property a negative star I would. We only stayed at this property because every other hotel was booked. Unclean is an understatement. You could feel the mattress springs, I was seriously thinking of sleeping in my car. I did not have my morning shower and there was not any bath towels. We left the hotel early in the morning. The staff and owner should be ashamed to rent this hotel. ETC

You get what you pay for. I should have known for $58.00 I would be getting bare minimum. Parking was scarce and very narrow. had to drive alongside the building on a 1 car wide driveway between a wall and the building. Very bad part of town. I thought Craycroft Rd was a safe clean area by the base, it was 30 years ago, but now it is like center city. NASTY ! I saw 2 guys that looked like they just mugged someone, one was wiping off a knife and the other was going through what appeared to be a zippered purse. Very scary! Only had a bath towel and a face towel no soap no washcloth no shampoo and the towel was so full of starch it was like using a paper towel -not very absorbent. To make it worse there was a hailstorm that knocked out power for all night into the next day, so no A/C when the temps were over 100 at night. Anyone ever heard of a backup generator? The managers were very apologetic but all in all the worst 2 days of my life. I had safer and nicer accommodations during my tour in Iraq!

Partially remodeled?
Bed was comfortable & looks like they recently remodeled the bedroom area, but ran out of money to fix the bathroom. The tub appears to have patches & looked dirty. The toilet paper dispenser was rusty. The sink area wasn't much better.

Door would not lock, had to use a chair against the door to prevent someone coming in. Room lights did not work. Overall the room was not clean. Hotel staff was called about the door lock and other stuff. Safety was a major concern.

Bare Bones Adequate
I was treated to a military discount.. Cold Tucson night & heater was tricky/ questionable but the double-bed barebones room stayed comfortable.. The TV wouldn't turn on even with remote batteries swap'd.. Bathroom stuff & water were fine..

Stains in the bathroom and on the ceiling, thin walls, loud guests at all hours. If you want a good nights, sleep, don’t stay here.

It's an older motel undergoing remodeling. That said the bed was comfy, staff was wonderful & there was plenty of hot water.

Rough neighborhood. Old motel. Beds were clean and comfortable but the walls had stains even though the whole room had been painted (everything, hinges, door knobs, towel rods, the tub.). New flooring. Made you think someone had been killed in there.

They do not have free breakfast, even when the publication description says that free breaksfast it is included. They also really need to improve their cleanliness, there was hair from previous clients at bed.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. Never felt safe in this neighborhood. TV cable wasn't connected. Bathroom door did not have a lock. Got into the room and noticed TWO rolls of toilet paper were down to 10 sheets, asked for more TP on the way out from front desk. They said they would do it right away, came home, still no TP. Again, you get what you pay for, pay the extra money.

I flew in from out of town a picked this motel for a weekend stay while visiting family. Room appeared clean when we checked in but was really nasty. Pet hair in the bed, cigarette holes in the sheets, tiny bugs crawling on the floor, the door handle to get in the room was very loose and you had to push the door very hard to get in or out the room so that wasn’t very safe. Noisy in the middle of the night. You can tell the is a motel that drug attic’s or shady people come to stay. The owner had a lady working the front desk all day who said she didn’t work there but was helping out so she didn’t know what she was doing. I asked for a different room or my money back so I can check in at another hotel and she kept saying she has to get in touch with the owner. We agreed to leave for a bit so someone could at least change to bedding to clean bedding and when we can back this still wasn’t done then she said the owner said to get my email and he would refund me after hours had gone by. I told her I couldn’t wait a few days for a refund so he would need to refund me now so I could check in somewhere else then she said I’ll just give yo another room. So by this time it was almost night going back and forth when we checked in around 1:00 in the afternoon so we had to stay. I slept in my clothes with a blanket I had in the car to keep from touching anything. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless your a drug attic or homeless. Even the cleaning staff were drug attic’s.
