The kitchen was great with new appliances . It was definitely upgraded. The back yard was really wonderful traveling with out fur babies. Also the kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and they had plenty of towels which was great. I appreciated the vanity in the bath room being a bit larger.
We had a great weekend stay. The house was very comfortable, with a really nice remodeled kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, that was just down the road from U of A.
This cute little house was exactly as advertised. Host provided detailed check-in/check-out instructions. Parking was easy (and mostly shaded!). Loved having my very own pool :) Would definitely stay again when in Tucson.
Everything was as advertised and it was a very nice place to hang my hat for 5 days. Neighborhood was kind of funky and fun. If the pool could have been a couple degrees warmer I’d have no complaints at all. Would stay here again!

Amazing property - close location to UofA, adorable house that was very clean and well stocked, and great pool area that was very private. We’ll definitely look to stay here again!
This property is exactly as advertised - adorable, well situated, and the owners are very responsive. It’s an older bungalow on the smallish size (much like the house I grew up in), but perfectly big enough for our needs. I have spent up to 2 weeks at a stretch here and it’s my Tucson go-to favorite.
First time staying at this VRBO and it was great! Very clean, inside and out, including the grounds and pool. Comfortable furniture. Safe neighborhood. One block to Eegee’s, a local sub sandwich place with cold slushies. There’s an upscale hot-pot there, too.It’s 1 block from the #4 SunTran, which connects with the #25 SunTran line to the Tucson Airport. #4 also connects quickly to U of Arizona campus. SunTran is free.It’s about 1 miles from Fry’s Grocery, which seems to be part of the Kroger grocery chain.
The house was ok. The television was very old in the front room and did not work well with the remote, but that was not that serious. What is scary is the security system. ALL of the doors lock together and when I was in the backyard I got locked outside as I had left my phone in the house. There is NO exit from the backyard as all gates are padlocked and I was locked out from 3:15 until 10:15 at night when my son came home from work. This could have been disasterous as I am 70 and it was in the 100's. I could have had a medical emergency and only could have gotten in from breaking a door or window. This is also illegal, there HAS to be a way out of backyard. In addition, the last day the inside alarm kept going off. I am more concerned about the safety more than anything. The backyard was lovely, the host was very responsive, the house was equipped with all that we needed, the beds were incredible but this WAS a scary situation.
Great location. Less than 10 miles to alot of activities we wanted. House was very stocked. Property manager touch bases to verify all was good. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Matt
