And with amazing proximity to downtown, this quiet 3.75 acre property is a gorgeous and peaceful home away from home that you relish after a day working or exploring. Main house can sleep up to 6 guests Of note: 2 additional guests can be accommodated by booking via our sister listing which includes the guest house! \*This house is situated off of a private dirt road. (Access and clearance have never posed issues in the past). Please note that while the property is secluded, the valley carries sound to neighboring estates. We ask that you keep outdoor noise to a reasonable and mindful volume for your entire stay with emphasis on nighttime quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM. Beautiful home in a beautiful location that was peaceful and quiet and surrounded by cactus. Short distance to Saguaro National Park, and close to Tucson but you feel like you are still in the National Park. The home is really comfortable, great furnishings, big open space for kitchen and living areas, great outdoor covered patios for watching the sunrise and sunset, and the house had everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. Roadrunner Property Care is outstanding, all of their communication was excellent and very responsive, and all instructions and info was super clear.
