Small fenced in private yard. 7G Quantum Fiber WIFI. Centrally located, 5 minutes to downtown, shopping centers, hospitals, and UofA. Just off the I10, so getting around is a breeze. $60 pet fee. No cats unfortunately. *Absolutely no smoking or third party bookings*
