The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner. 11 min → Reid Park 15 min → U of A 15 min → Downtown Quiet, family neighborhood. There is a camera outside the property for your safety only. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property on the exterior only to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.) We spent a week exploring Tuscon and this was a good home camp. We had some minor issues with the house but the host was great and fixed them right away. The interior amenities are basic. Just as advertised. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished with everything you would need. It was a great place to relax and wind down during the evening. The hosts were fantastic. Always communicating keeping us informed, for example letting us know when a service company would drop by. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. All of the instructions given were very understandable and easy to follow. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Tucson. We will if we get a chance to visit again. ##### Mindi W.
