  • Located just 1 block from the prestigious 4th Ave! Enjoy this quaint historic home built in 1908. You have all the nightlife including clubs, restaurants and dives. A stones throw from the Tucson Street Car and just minutes from Downtown and the University or Arizona. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this is the place!

    This studio offers a queen size bed, Roku TV with Netflix, WiFi, full kitchen with all brand new appliances including Keurig, refrigerator, microwave and stove.

    Location! Location! Location! Everything is right here. Park your car in your designated spot on the property and walk. Need to commute downtown or to the U of A? The Tucson Street Car will take you there. The Rail stop is literally a 2 minute walk from here, jump on and go! All restaurants, bars, clubs, dives, shopping, etc. is all accessible on foot or by rail access.
