Proximate to downtown, 4th Avenue, University of Arizona. 15 min Uber to Tucson International Airport. 20 min to Saguaro National. Private gated parking in rear. Beardown Arizona! We LOVED the location of the home being close to U of A! The home was so spacious and had everything you needed! Even if you forgot bandaids, sunscreen, laundry detergent or coffee creamer! The place was so cute and very well decorated. There are books about Tucson, things to do, animals, etc. They thought of every little thing to accommodate your stay and make you feel at home. The kids loved all the board games and the star wars rug and the showers were so nice! The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we walked around the campus one morning. The owner was extremely helpful when we had a question about the tv. We've stayed in Tucson once a year and this by far is our favorite place and we will definitely be back! We drove to Mt Lemmon one day as this place is so central to everything you want to do. We also went to Little Anthonys Diner and to trail dust town. The home is so bright too which made it really nice, but you can close the blinds if you want it darker. Overall, btw the owner being super helpful with check in, responding to messages right away, the place looking immaculate and the location, we will for sure be back! ##### Laura E. This cute cottage wasn’t exaggerating when it advertised as being steps away from the University of Arizona. We walked on campus within 3 minutes of leaving the front door!I appreciated the thoughtful and high quality touches. A nice K-cup coffee machine with plenty of pods to choose from, with stunning Hearth and Hand mugs to enjoy it from. The pillow top mattresses were super comfy. This place was ideal because it had a separate owners suite with private bathroom on one side, with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the other side. It was ideally located a stones throw away from the University, but also close enough to walk to trendy restaurants and coffee shops. Everything felt clean and well maintained.
