Downtown Oasis with Poolside Charm
With a five bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, covered patio, pool, and an outdoor poolside bathtub, relaxation and entertainment are at your fingertips. Gated parking for three vehicles and keyless entry.
Perfect for events like the Gem and Mineral Show, we're only a 5-min walk from Mercado San Augustin and MSA Annex, where local food and shopping await. There you can hop on the City Link Transit tram or walk to downtown hotspots like the Tucson Convention Center, Fourth Avenue and The University of Arizona.
*** To heat the pool the months of March, April and November the fee is $100 per day. The months May, August, September and October the fee is $70 per day. We are not able to heat the pool the months of December and January.***
