Lot is 1.25 acres so complete privacy—large front & back patios are fully fenced, beautifully decorated & accessible to views of nature. Neighborhood has groomed nature trails & Madera Canyon National Park is just 5 miles East. Wonderful Bullfrog hot tub can be either hot or cold with outside backyard T.V., lounge chairs, outside kitchen & fridge shaded by brand-new large lighted sail. Conversation areas & circular gas-piped fireplace is surrounded by Adirondack chairs & lovely landscaping. Stereo sound system throughout front & back patios and every room in house. Kitchen has eat-in round copper table & chairs as well as breakfast bar. House was completely remodeled two years ago with high-end finishes & new appliances.And best of all, there are outside tiled stairs leading to the Observatory/Margarita Deck on the roof with 360 views of mountains,the Whipple Observatory, night sky & lights of Green Valley!
