There is a community lap pool (unheated) and a hot tub available for guests, as well as a playground area for kiddos. This home has a basement with a living room, one of the four bedrooms, and one of the home\`s three bathrooms. (Please note that these areas are only accessible via stairs.) Guests have access to the entire property as well as access to the community lap pool (unheated) and spa. We are always happy to help and answer questions! The easiest way to contact us is via the message thread. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc. STAIRS: Please note that one of the living rooms, one of the four bedrooms, and one of the three bathrooms are located in the home\`s basement.
