We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

Perfect casita. Very clean. Perfectly appointed. Convenient location. Quiet area in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. Perfect for one , a couple with fur baby or child. This is a wonderful little Sam Hughes casita with historic Tucson charm. The host is cheerful and helpful and the place is thoughtfully decorated and supplied with essentials. An added bonus is the short distance to Floras Market Run, Himmel Park and the incomparable Tumerico. Highly enjoyable for a short or longer stay.

Sam Hughes neighborhood charm

Classic older home well switched up into 2 casitas. Owner kept old fixtures, flooring, and windows while modernizing for upscale comfort. The perfecct mix for us. We did not expect a casita with the old neighborhood feel present. What a sweet surprise. Tea on the SE facing front porch was a great way to pretend we lived there, as locals walked dogs, jogged, strolled or biked by.
