The home consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house plus an attached studio casita with 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. Take advantage of the piece and tranquility, as this home is located on an acre and still conveniently located near Tucsons finest restaurants, golf courses, resorts and spas. The entire home plus the Casita with its own private entrance will be yours to enjoy. In total, there are 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Bedrooms: The well appointed Primary Bedroom features a luxurious En Suite, modern furnishings, 55 In TV and King Bed Private En Suite modern accommodations include standalone shower with waterfall shower head, dual vanities, stand alone soaking tub, and large custom walk-in closet. There is complete privacy as well as plenty of parking as we are on just under an acre. Just a short 5 min drive away, find La Encantada Mall, AJ's fine foods, Flemings Steak House, Firebirds, Vivace, North Italia and Blanco Tacos and Tequila. There are also several High End Resorts and Spas, golf courses and hiking trails just minutes from the property. Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING) 1) No Parties. No questions asked! 2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind 3) Home is equipped for 16 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night. 4) Must be 25 or older to book the property. 5) No smoking 6) No pets 7) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature 9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted. Other Things to Note \-Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. 2 night minimum for heating. Even with all of those people, the house felt spacious and, for those of us from colder places, the back yard was an excellent place to hang out and soak up some sun. The only issue we had was that the heating in the casita had a problem, but the host was very communicative-even at Christmas!-and got on it right away. The house was perfect for our family - we ended up with 6 adults and 2 children. The kids absolutely loved their bunk room that had their own television and games to play. Each adult had their own private bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the heated pool every day we were there. The house is perfect for large groups as there are really 3 separate lounging areas with couches and chairs. It has a large kitchen which was put to good use! The laundry room is large as well. The house was well stocked with everything you could need and also included coffee and supplies which we put to use each morning. The separate seating areas were so nice for smaller groups to chat. All the beds were comfortable, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and my parents loved the casita so they could go to bed early and not be bothered. This house was perfect. First the good: The check-in and the host communication was perfect and the finishes are fairly new.The reality: This house is not for everyone. Take a good, hard look at the photos. The feel is very "specific" and in some places downright creepy. The finishes are not quality which one would expect for a property renting for over 1000 per night (which it was during the gem show).The choice of so much black paint is not well executed in the bedrooms and one bedroom was so unnerving with the black "rorschach" design on the ceiling. Not a single room in the house was warm and comforting.The pool area was also sub-par. The lounge area was dirty, there were dirty cheap pool toys lying around, a fountain that was not working and a barbeque that was very dirty and smelled bad.This property was so wrong for us that we left after two nights, abandoning our 13,000 rental fee and found another house that was worth the surge pricing at this time of year.If you have a big group and are not sensitive to your surroundings, this might work for you. Plenty of space for a group of 14 to stay comfortably. Property was clean and well appointed. Private pool was the highlight for everyone. Host responded quickly and efficiently to all our needs. The neighborhood is lovely, the pool and ramada are gorgeous with many comfortable seating options, the kitchen has everything you could want. The layout gave our four families privacy and their own bathrooms. The guest house was perfect for elder parent. All of the beds and furniture are very comfortable. ##### Cheryl P. Check in was fast and simple. The common areas has plenty of room for our group of 8 golfers while the private areas were quiet enough to relax. Dani was very responsive to our inquiries.
