Smart TVs with Netflix, or connect your personal streaming services...and everything else youā€™ll need for your sunny snowbird vacation, travel nursing assignment, or shorter visit. When my family vacations here we have found it to be a clean, safe, and relaxing, and I'm sure you will too! My goal is to provide the most accurate and comfortable experience possible, but in case we forgot something, send a message or call anytime during your reservation. Me and my co-host, Lisa are always here to help. You will have private access to all of the community amenities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, BBQ, picnic tables, clubhouse kitchen, and meeting space. laundry facilities are clean, shared, and available in the clubhouse with credit/debit card. We apologize, but access to the mailbox is not possible at this location. The post office is close by. We take pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our condo with actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangements, which may slightly differ from what's pictured. While staying in this community please be respectful of our neighbors! No parties and extra guests are not allowed to use the community amenities. Rowdy behavior reflects poorly on us and we will charge $250 or more per violation. Dogs only. No cats. Lastly, please do not use the fireplace (it is not operable) Please kindly check additional reminders for the property. ā€¢ Unfortunately we cannot allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries. ā€¢ Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. The unit is clean and simple with 2 large bedrooms, but the bathroom has got to be the tiniest I've ever seen so just be aware of that if you have more than 1 or 2 people. The neighborhood itself is pretty low income but the property is gated so I felt very safe. One suggestion is the TV. I wanted to add my Paramount account but needed a code which I've never encountered before. The place was clean and prepped for guests with coffee pods, toiletries and a few misc. foods and drinks. The neighborhood itself isn't the most upscale by any means but it is in close proximity to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. The only negative I have is on our last day the tenant above us decided to flood their entire back patio which in turn flooded our back patio and created a very intense wall of water falling from above. There's a gated entry to the complex which was nice. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. The unit is clearly in need of routine maintenance, paint, and deep cleaning. The front door looks like it was broken into at some point and not well repaired. The tile floors appear to have been vacuumed/swept, but not mopped and they were very dirty. The shower curtain was not hung high enough so it dragged on the ground. Then there was that bathroom: It's a room with a toilet and a bath-shower combo. You have to step into the room and get toward the bathtub to be able to close the door. The bathtub looks like it needs to be replaced. For what we paid, the value is not there. ##### Dave B. Loved the easy access to the community pool (about 50 feet from our door), the keypad entry, and the abundance of towels. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive!There were a few quirks-- the AC really struggled to reach the bedroom, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as we hoped.
