Caballo Pass welcomes you to Oro Valley with incredible mountain views.
- Caballo Pass is a newly remodeled and decorated home in a quiet, gated neighborhood in Oro Valley. Brand new heated pool and spa have recently been completed. (check for pool heat pricing) Plush king beds in main bedroom and bedroom 2, queen bed in bedroom 3, and one full size cabinet murphy bed in office/bedroom 4. You'll find a very comfortable family room with large smart tv, along with a living room, a dining room with plenty of seating and breakfast nook. Just step outside to enjoy fabulous views of Pusch Ridge, while lounging on the patio or in the pool or relaxing spa. Just bring your suitcases, everything else is at your fingertips!
HOA rules prohibit overnight parking on the street. Please park in garage or on driveway. Thank you.
