  • Beautiful historic two bedroom home located in Armory Park. Walking distance to downtown Tucson and local bars and restaurants! U of A is a 10 minute tram ride away. Impeccably furnished with every amenity you could need. Fully stocked kitchen ready to cook a feast! Stunning back yard with a new pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee -contact host for details). Plenty of patio space to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade. Peaceful and beautiful gardens with olive, grapefruit and lemon trees. A jewel in the desert. One of our first renters wrote. "...The house is great! The most well-stocked rental we've ever rented. Dulce 1902….How sweet it is! We fell in love with this charming house and the spacious, well-kept property. It is cute, clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants nearby and Downtown Tucson is just a short walking distance. We felt very safe here. Jennifer is amazing! We arrived after dark and and had a question regarding entry. We phoned her and she was there to help in 2 minutes!

We spent Thanksgiving at the property and fell in love with the house! It is very special. The outdoor spaces are amazing, olive trees, lemon tree, vines, cacti, birds, shrubs…It’s a beautiful oasis. Jenn was so responsive when I had a request on Thanksgiving Day. She went out of her way to make me happy. You can just feel the history of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped. There was nothing lacking, even a meat thermometer for the turkey. The beds are comfy, the living room is great for movie watching, the front porch for coffee, the backyard for dining. We had a such a great stay!!

Cozy well appointed refuge

We were four women with dogs who love to cook, swim and hike so this stay was perfect for us! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need ! We loved the spacious fenced backyard and the pool was fabulous. Jenn, the manager was super helpful .

Very unique and historic property. The pool and gardens are stunning- a huge space with multiple seating areas, native flowers and trees. We enjoyed sitting out a bit (unfortunately we happened to be in Tucson during the rainiest three days of the year!). If you happen to be there during a rainy time, have bug spray handy! The house is comfortable, clean and well-appointed. You’ll find everything you need. We were in Tucson for parents weekend at U of Arizona and it was perfect for us. Campus is about two miles away and is a nice walk or quick ride share. We enjoyed exploring down town and 4th street too.

Great Location

The location of this home was perfect for our weekend stay in Tucson. It was extremely close to the Tucson Convention Center and downtown restaurants while being only a 25-minute drive to Saguaro National Park. Jennifer was excellent at quickly responding to any questions we had. Also- the beds were very comfortable, so we slept great!

This house is perfect in every way. It is clean, charming and quiet. The host has thought of everything so if you forget toothpaste, makeup wipes, a razor, etc, you will be covered. The kitchen is also fully stocked. We loved the beautiful backyard with the pool, multiple tables and chairs, and all the different birds. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to the 5 points area for breakfast every morning. The host is also very responsive so if we had any questions, she always got back to us right away. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Perfect Tucson getaway

We are two couples in our sixties who spent a month in this cozy and comfortable home! Highlights for us were lounging by the pool, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and exploring Tucson from this central location. The two comfortable bedrooms with private baths were a huge plus. Jennifer is a great communicator and awesome host! We highly recommend and are already booked for next year!

Central Tucson Gem

It was our second time staying at this property. We came back because we love the location with the great walkability to downtown and local neighborhood restaurants. Charming Tucson Retreat

Jenn’s place south of downtown has everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The backyard is beautiful with a swimming pool as its centerpiece. Evening swims under the setting sun made our trip special. Downtown is just a short walk away, be sure to walk historic fourth ave. Can’t wait to stay at Jenn’s place again.

Beautiful House Close to Everything

Beautiful historic home with lovely pool and yard including giant lemon tree full of lemons. Very comfortable beds and furniture, artfully decorated, awesome kitchen. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the world go by and lounging by the pool. Short walk to downtown and excellent lunch place (5 Points Cafe?). Highly recommend!!

Thanks for the hospitality! Our recent stay at Dolce 1902 was perfect. The home was clean and very comfortable. The layout of the home was very nice.as the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated with 1 BR/BA at the front of the house and the other BR/BA at the back of the house. Both baths are ensuite. We did not use the pull out in the living area. The house is well equipped with just about anything you can need from bathroom amenities to kitchen utensils, supplies and pantry. It is literally walk in ready. The landscaping is beautiful. I could have spent our entire visit in the beautiful back yard with multiple seating areas. We did not have the pool heated as we felt it was too cool for us to swim. Our host, Jenn, was so responsive. We only had a couple of questions and she responded immediately. I hope to visit this property again. It is sweet!

Lovely home with sweet backyard & pool

The property is very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The kitchen is very well stocked in terms of utensils, pots, pans, etc. The host, Jennifer, is incredibly responsive and friendly. And having a pool to cool off in, in the midst of the October heat "wave", was the "icing" on the cake. We very much enjoyed our time at this home in Armory Park.
