Every piece of furniture and rug has been purchased new in December 2024\. Large enough to host two couples comfortably. This standalone home has a unique combination of a full-size kitchen with island; a two-car, enclosed garage; and a large screened in porch with a beautiful view of the Santa Rita mountains. The master bedroom has an en suite full bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom share the second full bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. Unlike most other rentals in Green Valley, this home has a full third bedroom, which is set up with a 60” desk, a flatscreen TV, and a queen size sleeper sofa. This perfect retreat offers all the comforts you need with the space and the views you want. This home is blocks away from one of the newest and largest recreation centers in Green Valley. Santa Rita Springs is Green Valley Recreation’s largest social center. This center features a fitness center with Paramount fitness equipment, four meeting rooms, dance studio complete with a wooden dance floor, art studio, clay studio, computer lab, camera club, swimming pool, spa, kitchen and 11,000 square feet of outdoor entertaining space. As a guest you, will have access to this and 11 other Green Valley recreation centers for a small fee - $60 per month per person (payable to the GVR). There is also a 1-mile paved path around the neighborhood that connects to the historic Anza Trail, which is another very popular desert walking trail. Green Valley has six public golf courses nearby. The Springs is a gated, age-restricted community; one renter must be at least 55 years old.
