The condo was roomy enough for the four of us, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the condo was close to shopping and restaurants. The best part of our stay was relaxing on the large patio --- the view of the mountains and the surrounding area was stunning. It was very quiet and peaceful. The only negative is that on the first night I spilled some water, and when I used a paper towel to wipe it up the paper towel was black. Not sure that the floor was clean but everything else was. (People can be loud when they have a good shot). But otherwise beautifully quiet after golfers are finished. Furniture and appliances are quite new and all worked well. (Nice having auto-icemaking on the fridge). We have been in this condo other years and it is well-maintained from yeat to year. No issues in previous years, only issue this year was the A/C seemed a bit weak on very hot days. But the ceiling fans worked just fine to compensate. Sitting outside on the patio is a great place to listen to the sounds of the desert and see many different bird species. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo because of the potential view and it didn't disappoint - exactly as it appeared in the online pictures, if not better. Also, nice extra touches, such as coffee pouches, laundry soap and shower products - none of which were expected. The pool on the east side of Kolb Road could have been cleaner, but that is not the owners responsibility.
