We also enjoy the pool and spa next door to the condo and use the communal grill several times each week. The condo is nice and very similar to the pictures on the website. It's right by the pool and a short walk from the BBQ area. The complex is well kept up and has a decent gym. The pool and hot tub are nice. Everything was clean except for the dishes. Many were put away dirty, so we ended up washing everything before we used them. The biggest issue we had was with the noise from the upstairs neighbors. There is loud stomping, beginning about 6am on school days until around 8am, and then picking up again around 5:30pm until around 10pm. We have no idea how anyone could take that many steps in a small condo, it sounded like they were working out some evenings. If you are an early riser I guess it's not a problem. The kid is also taking up the trumpet. The property manager was very responsive to a small problem we had with a clogged drain. Overall it was a good stay, but I wouldn't go back to that unit due to the noise. ##### Joe F. A five star property is rare. This condo exceeded the five star rating in every aspect. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath well-appointed condo met our every need. The kitchen was furnished with excellent appliances and well-stocked with cutlery, dishes, kitchen linesn and cooking equipment. The comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom, large walk-in closet and spacious shower made for a luxurious master bedroom suite. The two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for having our two grandchildren spend the night. We were enchanted with the gorgeous mountain views from the patio that also had a large dining table and six chairs. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
