Pool is very dirty due to leaves and even a mouldy mango pit in the bottom. The grounds around the pool and are room are dirty with junk lying around. Booked and paid for a room with a queen bed 6 weeks in advance and were told upon arrival there was none available and got stuck with twin beds instead. Didn’t even offer to push them together. They didn’t show us to our room, just pointed and expected us to find it. Very outdated room. Smelled so disgusting like cigarettes and mould that we did our best to spend majority of our day outside. It did not come with toilet paper so I had to chase staff down to get some. Bathroom is disgusting. Mould everywhere, severe water damage. So bad we didn’t even want to shower. Found a partially used pack of condoms in a drawer. Safe doesn’t work. They hold on to the air conditioner remote so it stays at a set 27 degrees. I get this hotel is cheap and by the airport but you can still find a cleaner hotel for that price. Disgusting. It’s a great price and next to the airport for a quick stay if you’re just coming off a flight or about to leave. The room could use some work...moldy bathtub, old mirror.
