It was clean and well supplied. The first night the air conditioning went out and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We contacted the owner and she was immediately on it getting the air fixed the next day. The Embarcadero Townhouse community is quiet, friendly, beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. Although there was no time in their schedule for the pool, I can testify that it is a first-class facility and great gathering place. We enjoyed the contact-free check-in/check-out.
