It is a spacious 2-bedroom condo in a development filled with welcoming and amiable neighbors. The unit was filled with high-quality, comfortable furniture, especially the beds. My guest and I agreed that we felt as if we were staying with a good friend. The pots, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen were high-end brands so were the towels and sheets. The pool is huge and well-maintained and the private deck on the roof of the unit offers absolutely beautiful views, especially in the early morning and sunset. Of course, the furniture on the deck is well done and very comfortable. We have stayed at several other places in the Tubac area including a very well-known golf course resort. This will be the place we will be staying in the future. ##### David D. The home had air fresheners that are awful. The bedding was DISGUSTING!! Sprayed with some sort of odor fix it spray. I saw that there were what looked like pet hairs up the bathroom wall and in the dryer. I’m suspecting someone had a pet and they over sprayed to remove the traces. I had bad allergies and had to escape the first night of our stay. My husband washed the sheets and we removed the fragrant plug in stuff to help clean it up for the remainder of our stay. Everything was clean just smelly. The smell never did go away entirely since they sprayed everything. We left early and couldn’t have been happier to leave. My Mom who lives nearby came to pick us up and said she never could have put up with staying there for even one night. Hopefully they will change their cleaning crew for future stays. I was disappointed. I’ll definitely try to get a room elsewhere in the future. Just be aware if you are sensitive to fragrances or if you have allergies. I’m not sensitive but this place is over the top and it doesn’t smell good. Also, beds are not comfortable. Anyone with back issues should choose a different place:) Otherwise, everything else (pool, owner responsiveness, cleanliness) was positive. ##### Rachel S.
