"Good property, right next to the river, quiet and pleasant stay. Room was clean except for a small centipede in the washroom, staff were helpful, Breakfast was nice, and room in which it was served was hot and crowded. Pool/hottub was nice/adequate. Close to downtown area. Overall, I'd likely stay here again if passing through Kamloops, if staying for an extended period I'd skip and find something a little more upscale. Solid 4-4.5 stars for a one night stay, but stars would go down to 3 if i was using it for a multiple night stay as the ammenities are fewer than more modern motel/hotels."

"The location of the accommodation was good, but since it was right next to the highway, there was a lot of noise even when the windows were closed. And under the bed in the room, my three-year-old child found a 500ml bottle of water that someone had discarded halfway after eating it and left behind, and drank that water. I was very dirty and disgusted, but I did not complain because of my husband's objections. If the water container that fell under the bed still hasn’t been cleaned up, I think the cleaning is in very poor condition."

"Newer hotel with a pretty nice location. Moxies and Shark Club attached and have room service. Rooms need a thorough deep clean, and it might be time to get rid of the jacuzzi suites its actually pretty gross. Hot tub in the pool area is also being repaired currently and that was the one thing I would've used. Overall a good experience otherwise"

"Conveniently located in the downtown core. As a historic building, it has a great deal of charm, and two separate pubs are available on premises for your dining desires. Walkable to the downtown shops, and numerous restaurants and bars. The bathrooms are small, but quaint, and the elevator is quite small and slow, so get your exercise and take the stairs!"
