We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Georgia. We had stayed in Tbilisi a week earlier and targeted a hotel in this area because of all the dining options nearby. The area is fantastic with a fantastic view across the river. Don’t miss out on walking to the sulphur baths and then up the river to the stunning waterfall. Breakfast was included and was good. The rooms are old fashioned and fairly basic but very comfortable.

My favorite hotel in Tbilisi! Will definitely come back again!
Loved everything about it: their delicious breakfasts, pristine rooms - so clean and there is everything you need there, wonderful hotel staff, and of course hotel's location is the best!
Walkable to all major places.
Recommend it to everyone who likes luxury stay!

For the price and location which is quite central, it is a great find. But staff not really well trained yet in terms of customer service. There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the drain in the bathoom. There is a water fountain on every floor which is a bonus. Didn't try their breakfast ...

Honestly, for the price over the new years and festive period, the overall return was good.
