In this exclusive location, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Schruns and the majestic mountains such as the Hochjoch or the Drei Türme not only during the day, but also at night. This is the ideal retreat for a time-out in nature that leaves nothing to be desired.  
  
Inside, a modern and comfortable living environment awaits you. Equipped with a modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, the house also offers a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and Internet TV as well as Internet access for relaxing evenings. For your comfort, there are also two bathrooms, both with a shower and WC, and one with a bathtub and double washbasin. The four bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, and a sofa bed is available if required.  
  
The outdoor area boasts two large terraces from which you can enjoy different but equally marvellous views. The immediate surroundings of the house are a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In good snow conditions, you can even ski right down to the house, which means real ski-in/ski-out convenience.  
  
The location of the house in the Montafon holiday region opens up countless opportunities for outdoor activities. The Golm ski area is only around 500 metres away and there is a bus stop just 100 metres away. In summer, the Golm mountain with its hiking and trekking routes as well as attractions such as the high ropes course, the Alpine Coaster and the Flying Fox beckon. Other mountain railways and ski areas such as Silvretta Montafon or Gargellen can be reached within 10 - 20 minutes and offer a wide range of leisure activities.

#### Geräumiges, tolles und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wie durften vier wundervolle Tage mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen in den Bergen. Wanderwege, eine Rodelbahn, Rutschbahnen, ein sehr gutes Lokal und viele weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Der Garten ist groß genug zum Spielen und toben und ausruhen. Das Haus bietet alles , was man braucht. Viel Platz eine super Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe laufen unkompliziert und schnell und auf die Wünsche der Gäste wird unkompliziert eingegangen. Für Babys ist ein Hochstuhl und eine Wickelauflage vorhanden und wird bereitgestellt. Vielen lieben Dank für die liebevolle Betreuung. Wir hatten tolle Tage und werden mit Sicherheit nochmals wiederkommen.
