My favorite hotel in Tbilisi! Will definitely come back again!
Loved everything about it: their delicious breakfasts, pristine rooms - so clean and there is everything you need there, wonderful hotel staff, and of course hotel's location is the best!
Walkable to all major places.
Recommend it to everyone who likes luxury stay!

Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Staff were friendly. The downhill walk to a part of the city center is good 12 minutes. Good value for money!

"The property needs new management! We stayed two nights in the cottage with 2 kids in October month. The property has many technical problems with water leakage, sound system, staff organization, heating system Etc. Despite of high prices, we made a reservation for 2 nights.
