Bathroom sink was slow to drain, brown residue/goop?? under sink area???? Did have 4 towels left along with 4 hand towels and wash clothes left. Thanks. But Pube hair on top of sink area?? =( Did like Pool area and Jet tub. Breakfast ok . bed's ok. would stay again.

Nothing unique. Property needs repairs and better cleaning of rooms and better lighting. No milk, fruit or muffins for breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches were still frozen in the middle.

The rooms are big and spacey. Breakfast was average hotel Breakfast.indoor pool and jacuzzi. The patio is nice Only 10 minutes from the lake across the street is walmart super center

This motel is dirty with wood rot in bathroom. Behind chairs a d bed no evidence those spaces had been cleaned in a very long time. Found roach behind very uncomfortable chair. Would not ever stay there again.

Thank you for staying with us. We do apologize that you did not have a good experience with us. We will be doing follow ups with corrective action with the housekeeper that had cleaned the room as we want all of our rooms to be thoroughly cleaned. We will also be bringing this to our maintenance team's attention.

The overall stay was great! I loved the greeting staff upon check-in. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub and pool after a long drive. The pool could have been heated and the parking lot could have more lighting. Aside from those minor observations, the stay could have not been any better.

The room was not clean. The coffee pot had burnt coffee in the bottom and a moldy coffee filter in it. The sheets had blood stains on then, and there were personal items left in the room from the previous guest.

The parking is not great if you roll in late l, but otherwise this is a great spot for a weary traveler. The motel 6 next door is a dump, but this place is more better. Comfy bed!

So the staff was nice but the bathroom in our room was really gross. The shower had red mold on the shower head and black mold around the bathtub overflow circle, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned so it had the floating grey mold on the bottom around the bowl, the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept or vacuumed or mopped. The refrigerator in the bedroom had iced over and had sticky pools in it with someone else left behind drinks. The floor didn’t seemed to be vacuumed but the bedding was clean and nicely made, and there weren’t any bed bugs! There was a lot of dust around the room as well oh and somebody else’s hair in the shower but that’s about it. It wasn’t a terrible stay but we won’t stay there again or if we do I’d need to bring some cleaning supplies. I did take pictures of the mold but I don’t know how to add them. Oh but free breakfast! That’s a win!

Run down, freezer in room so full of frost couldn’t use. Fan/heater/aC in room was very loud turning on and off, Breakfast was average with limited fruit (2 apples) and no one to refill things like decaf coffee, no one at front desk in morning. Construction required parking in back but no signs guiding Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean but needs maintenance like paint in parts of bathroom and other run down items

The only thing that keeps me from giving the best review was not having internet service the whole time I stayed there. I was told it had been knocked out just before I arrived, but to not have it restored in the 5 days I was there seems unreasonable. This made doing my research for activities a challenge.

Went for Labor Day weekend. When I arrived, there was a smell of urine in the bathroom, soap wrappers on the floor under the bathroom sink, a brown stain on the bedsheet, crumbs all over the table, the carpet had not been vaccuumed, and a goathead punctured my foot as soon as I took off my sandal. I complained the next day, and everything was cleaned. I was told they don't normally clean until the 3rd day of a stay or between stays, but they made an exception for me, given the severity of my complaints. I really appreciated it. The pool and hot tub were working when we stayed.

Basic needs met
This is not an expensive hotel so I didn't expect a lot. However I wish the rooms had USB charging stations. That seems reasonable at this time. The room was large comfortable and breakfast was hot and ready when I needed it. It is not soundproof, and I could hear every step in the room above me. So it has its pluses and minuses.
