Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings. The living room in The Engine House has a stunning vaulted beamed ceiling . This open plan room has a large breakfast bar that opens into the modern fully fitted kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances. On the ground floor there is one of the double bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with bath/shower. Upstairs is the second bedroom with stunning en-suite. The house has under floor heating and is decorated to an extremely high spec with stunning antique and eclectic pieces. All bed linen and towels are provided. Unfortunately we do not accept any pets and only children over the age of 12 years can stay at the property. We would like to reassure our guests that our cleaning regime is undertaken to the highest of standards.
