This wonderful property sleeps up to 11 guests in comfort making it perfect for extended families or friends. • 6 bedrooms – 4 en-suite • Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and sitting area • 2 further spacious reception rooms • Large well protected garden • Parking for 4 cars • Extensive utility space The living accommodation is on the first floor to take advantage of views. The stylish oak and glass staircase takes you up to the library area on the first floor which opens onto a comfortable sitting room with a sheltered balcony overlooking the garden where you can enjoy a breakfast cuppa or evening sundowner. From the sitting room you walk into the adjacent open plan kitchen with views over the Percuil River and its own large sitting area overlooking the garden. The dining room has a double aspect with wonderful river views on one side and a further balcony overlooking the garden on the other. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor accessed from the wide a spacious hallway that leads into the rear garden. Most rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. The house has the benefit of a large utility room on the ground floor which is particularly useful for walking gear, wetsuits, sailing kit, dog baskets etc. Ground Floor The six stylishly decorated bedrooms are configured as follows: Bedroom 1: With super kingsize bed, seating area, patio doors leading to garden and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.
