The front door opens to the hallway with a light and pleasant sitting / dining room to one side with a cosy woodburning stove and patio doors at one end with views through the trees of the congenial gardens. At the rear of this room a door leads into a well equipped fitted kitchen. There are three pleasant bedrooms. The king-size double has an en-suite shower room W.C. and hand basin. The twin bedded room has a vanity basin and there is a smaller children's room with 2ft 6in bunk beds. All the bedrooms are fitted with convector heaters. A bathroom W.C. with wash basin and shower over the bath opens from the hallway. All rooms look out on the shaded grassy gardens that surround the property. Under the trees in front of the cottage there is a brick bbq for the sole use of this property. In addition to the garden furniture which is provided, there is also a hexagonal picnic table built around a tree stump with seating for nine. There is parking available for 2 cars with further spaces on request. \- All rooms are on one level GROUND FLOOR \- Dining Room/ Sitting room with leather sofas and door opening onto a patio \- Fitted kitchen \- Bathroom with WC hand basin and shower over the bath \- Bedroom with King sized bed, and en-suite bathroom. \- Twin bedroom. \- Bunk bedroom. We also enjoyed the log fire on a cooler evening. Location is great being a quick drive to the Perranport and National Trust beaches at Holy Well and Crantock, but with a local shop within walking distance. Inclusion of washing machine and drier was great as we could rinse and dry off towels for the next day. Many thanks to Molly and Matt who made us very welcome. ##### mark r.
