Pros: Everything.
Good stopover on way to the beach. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was great, especially Lakeshia at the front desk. She went out of her way to help us after Expedia messed up our reservation (got confirmation for two queen beds but ended up with a king reservation and had grandkids with us).

Cons: Already noted above training staff!
Location: fine for my needs.
Seems folks don't know much about how things work...e.g.the printing system for printing boarding passes wasa down, not working yet no one staff knew anything about how to get it working again. I had to take it upon myself to contact the company who actually services the system REMOTELY! A simple phone call fixed the problems. Instead of getting passes printed in two minutes it took over an hour. Never get that hour back and did not need the aggravation of a continual "I don't know" and "I am sorry" and there really isn't anyone to call. Yes, there was. It is a remaining issue, not the person

Room had an unpleasant smell. Bed was lumpy. Our room was not freshened for two day stay, towels not replaced.

Cons: Breakfast included in cost cleanliness. The bed was good though.
Didn't get rest like we needed and room wasn't as clean as it should be. However bed very comfortable

front desk service professional and friendly. lobby was modern, comfortable and lots of space to lounge, play cards and watch tv. the outdoor pool and patio area had not been tended too, unfortunately because it could've been beautiful. bistro staff was very friendly and professional. food was a little expensive but good quality.

Clean, modern hotel aimed at the business traveler

Although there was an issue with the hotels.com reservation being transferred to the Courtyard, the desk agent was very kind and went ahead and issued room keys based on my digital confirmation. The room (2 queens) was large and airy with a large bathroom. My only complaint is that we could really hear the water running in the pipes from the room above us. Otherwise, it was a great overnight stay and the breakfast sandwiches were quite tasty and good value.
