Take a quick stroll down the street for a refreshing change of pace.One of the property’s greatest advantages is its central location. It’s an ideal spot to explore the NTN North Trails, offering hiking and biking opportunities. The Wright Street Parking (near the Power Plant) provides easy access to these trails, and there are also bike routes to the Lakeshore & Iron Ore Heritage Trail. Additionally, it’s a short drive to popular destinations like Sugar Loaf or Presque Park, making it a perfect base for adventure seekers. Don't forget the pump track a block away.The garage is a significant plus, providing ample storage space for bikes. The hot tub was exceptionally clean, and the owner diligently maintained it with weekly chemical treatments.The house has a comfortable layout and is well-equipped with essential kitchen items and streaming TVs. The comfortable mattresses in the beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The two window AC units efficiently kept the temperature down, even on the hottest MQT days. There are plenty of towels, a front-loading washer and dryer, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.We highly recommend this property. "
