The hosts are ones you hope to have when renting a vacation stay - attentive and responsive, but not intrusive. We loved the kayaks and having s’mores at the fire pit. Hardly any bugs or mosquitoes this time of year."

"Property was roomy, clean, easy to use, close to Lake Norman, host was nice. This is on a main road so I couldn’t walk the dogs on the street. Not a huge deal though. Dogs can run in the yard which was fenced in. I would stay here again. "

"The host was very responsive and accurate in the description. The game changer for our family was the extended space of the “man cave”. This location allowed for a surreal get away location for family members to compete with the golf simulator. Having several large commune areas was also a welcomed experience that allowed for both privacy and family gatherings. "

One thing that stood out to us was the arrangement of sleeping quarters. The spaces are nicely separated so each of our four family groups were able to have some privacy. This also helped with noise—some people stay up later. Overall, this was a great stay. Nice neighborhood, clean home, well appointed.
