"Staff was great, breakfast was good, the hotel smelled pleasantly fragrant. The room was clean, the heating and air device was efficient, a little noisy but not so that it disturbed television watching. My check-in was a bump because I was assigned a room that someone had already rented and apparently it was not cleared out of the system. This was the second time I have stayed at a Comfort Inn and this has happened. The last time I was the victim of someone walking in on me with a key from the front desk. Something about this system is flawed and should be corrected. Two different renters should never be able to be assigned to the same room."

"The hot tub in my room was not working, staff on duty was very nonchalant about it. Offered a discount, but looks like I was charged full price for the room i frequent this hotel often and never had a problem. I genuinely book a room here solely for the hot tub and unfortunately this trip. I was unable to utilize it, but was charged full price for it. I would really like to see them have that fixed and to make it right with a regular traveler to this establishment."
