The rooms were very clean and lovely, but parking was quite limited and you have to pay for it. You also have to access the hotel through a back alley to Temple University. There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms, though you can use one in the basement. This location is most useful if you have business at the university.

Very accommodating staff, clean rooms even though they were short staffed for the holiday weekend. Awesome vending machine selection and a great ice machine. Can’t ask for much more for a quick stay in old town.

Nice view from balcony. Pool is heated, and has a nice view. You can tell it was an old hotel with SOME newly renovations. Valet parking was easy, and had friendly staff. 5 min walk to Love Park, 18 min walk to Rocky Statue and 13 min walk to Reading Market. 4 stars due to the headboard peeling.
