Old but clean and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast and free 'make your own' waffles each evening. Very close to station and everywhere of interest for a short stay in town.

Excellent, friendly staff in a well positioned hotel for the railway station and city centre. The free afternoon coffee and waffles was a nice touch. On the downside it is an older building and needs some cosmetic work.

Very close to station. Very central. Great breakfast. Also free waffles from 5-8pm. Multiple options for getting to aiport (shuttle which stops outside is most convenient but train or bus is cheapest)

Great hotel in Trondheim. Has a old and tired feel, but made up for by the convenience, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and free waffles in the evening.

Check in was at 3 pm. Not a minute earlier. Greating was ordinairy and elevator was broken. We had to Côme back at the counter to change room since they gave us 4 th floor. Had to wait in Line Would not recommend.

No late night check in access.

Nobody on reception and entry door locked on late evening arrival. I had to call the telephone Nr posted on front locked door. Thereafter walk 400m to another hotel to collect my room/front dooor access card. This was a very uncomfortable, insecure & inconvenient arrangement especially in the late night darkness. Next day hotel reception guy was extremely apologetic and did all he could to make wrongs right.

Dårlig tilpasset bevegelseshemmede.

Slitent hotell og rom. Vaklete stoler (typ kjøkkenstoler) på rommet, og ingen «godstol». Måtte eventuelt sitte i senga og se på tv osv. Ødelagt heis, som heldigvis ble reparert før jeg kom. Er bevegelseshemmet og bruker prekestol. Hotellet er dårlig tilpasset for rullestolbrukere og de med rullator. Det er MANGE trapper rundt om på hotellet, ikke bare mellom etasjene. Til tross for dette er jeg veldig fornøyd med servicen, og spesielt Tommy, som oppgraderte rommet mitt når heisen var i ustand! Nydelig lobby og veldig komfortable stoler! Gratis nystekte vafler og kaffe/te mellom kl 15 og 20!🧇☕️
