Amazing, incredible and attentive staff. We were there for a Euro 2024 match in Koln and we were given exact directions to and from the stadium which made everything so much easier considering how late the match ended. When we checked out, a taxi was called for us and breakfast was even opened early for us since we left before 06:00. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property itself is very well maintained. The staff take a great deal of pride in the property. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality.

The hotel was low cost and that is what you get, no frills, but it was clean and the cleaners were really friendly as were all the staff. No pressure to check out, location was excellent (I actually came back after checking out for lunch!) bed was very soft (some may not like that) but was very comfy. Overall a nice stay, just for one night. I couldn't say how it would be for longer.

"The only downside is that the hotel is far enough from markets, restaurants and stores (although it's a 1 minute walk from a Subway and McDonald's, but I'm boycotting these) and from the closest tram station, which is 15 minute walk away (Spich station). The phone in the room didn't work unfortunately ..."
