Huge room! Such a nice place to land at the end of the night. Close to everything too! You get what you pay for!

We recently stayed at this hotel and while the property has a cosy atmosphere, our overall experience did not fully meet five-star expectations. One of the highlights was the location, which was excellent and very convenient for our needs. However, the valet service was disappointing. After requesting our vehicle through the app in advance from our room, we waited approximately 25 minutes after arriving downstairs, which felt excessive for a hotel of this caliber. The bedroom experience was also affected by noticeable noise from the elevator, which could be heard throughout the day and night and impacted our comfort. In addition, the room lighting was limited, and the TV remote was not functioning properly. At checkout, the attendant apologized for the delay and offered to waive the valet parking fee. However, valet was already complimentary during our stay, so the gesture did not meaningfully resolve the issue. While the staff were professional, the overall welcome did not feel as attentive as we have experienced at other five-star properties.

Great location and perfect for our stay

Excellent service — they even provide turndown service in the evening. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The location is also extremely convenient. If you’re looking to experience the charm of Old Montreal, I highly recommend staying here!
