Amazing staff both at reception and in the restaurant! Loved the decor and ambience. Room was clean with good linens and pillows.
The bathroom was just okay. There were only two hooks to hang up towels. Ended up using all the towels for two nights for two people because the towels wouldn't dry.
Quite disappointed with the television. Had to use your own personal account to access Netflix, YouTube, etc. Otherwise, the options were lousy!
Although we enjoyed our stay, the room overall was underwhelming.

This is by far my best stay in a hotel anywhere in the world. This is the cleanest, most efficient and beautiful boutique hotel I have been to, 100 % recommended, very nice speakeasy on the basement and beautiful breakfast buffet

"Room was clean upon arrival. Room was NOT cleaned once during our stay (we were there for 7 days!). I had to ask for clean towels at front desk. Cleaning staff was rude. All employees I dealt with at front desk were helpful and welcoming. :). Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee and food was always “stocked”. ..."
