"Room was renovated and up to date. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Staff spoke English and were helpful and pleasant. We were only there one night so didnt do any exploring of surrounding area. We would stay there again."

"Warning : this hotel is under renovation yet there's no mention anywhere. Redeeming point : staff was helpful and friendly. First room was river view. The promised large windows were nowhere to be seen. When I ask to get a different room, there was none available. Then at night, the AC made a terrible noise all night long. Again went to front desk to get another room. Same story, we ended up having a parking view. The room was paid through Expedia yet the hotel charged it again to my credit card. Had to call to have it reversed. We were supposed to get a 10% discount for all the trouble but we never got it. Last note: pool was cold. We won't go back."

"We had an amazing time being our first experience in that region. We found an incredible home with an equally incredible view. We will be starting an annual tradition of going up to the Saguenay region. Unfortunately we did not see any whales but everything else made up for it. Thank you."

"Reviewing expedia not the room The description of the hotel was 30 minutes approximately from our preferred location. Expedia failed to give an address until after I booked. Then when we found out the hotel was in Tadousac which is a ferry ride away which costs about $100 and doesn’t even run at this time of year, i tried immediately to get a refund through expedia and I couldn’t. So I phoned the hotel and they said no problem cancelling with no charge, but expedia still charged me even though I cancelled. I emailed expedia to explain rhis and have yet to hear from them I will never use expedia again. I will attempt a complaint to paypal as well"
